About Me

My name is Bryant Hargraves. I am 32 years old and live in Washington, with my wife and 3-year-old Neuro-Divergent son. I am employed with a major national Healthcare company as an IT National Projects Lead for End User Support Services.

When it comes to my background in IT, I have always been fascinated with technology and computers. I didn't start pursuing my career in IT until I was working for Dish Satellite and was offered an opportunity to learn and train in tech support for the company. I learned excellent troubleshooting skills and how to explain and help others with various backgrounds and levels of technology knowledge. After working for Dish I was hired on by Catholic Health Initiative as an End User Support Services Technician, helping users with a wide variety of IT issues. From there, I was moved to our regional projects team, where I oversaw a variety of projects within Washington and Oregon. In 2020 I was promoted to the National Projects team overseeing projects nationwide. In the past two years, I have been to Kentucky, Texas, and Arkansas for IT projects. Every step of my journey in IT has allowed me to gain a lot of experience and knowledge that is allowing me to continue to advance in my career.

I am currently pursuing my bachelor's in Science: Computer and Software Technology. I am hoping to use my degree to advance my career within the IT industry. While I have come far in my IT career, I know there is still a lot for me to learn. I hope to expand my knowledge of data base management and cybersecurity.
